*Logotherapy regards stymied contexts or existential challenges as opportunities for a client to grow, learn and explore new meanings. Logotherapy allows a person to consider changes by reflecting and engaging in thought processes that often lead to increased self-awareness. It encourages the review of personal choices, challenges existing beliefs, helps the client to engage in attitude modulation and explore the possible of a renewed life purpose.
