Clinical Psychologist

Tracey Hancock is a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples and organisations. In her role as Director of Clinical Services she managed Employee Assistance Programs for some of Australia’s top companies. Tracey specialises in leadership development, corporate culture, executive coaching, employee well-being, stress management and organisational change.

Tracey has extensive onsite experience dealing with critical incidents such as mine site fatalities, suicides, gas explosions, bank hold-ups and serious workplace injuries.

Tracey is currently completing her Doctor of Psychology (Organisational) at Murdoch University. Her other qualifications include:

  • Master of Psychology (Clinical), Edith Cowan University
  • Bachelor of Psychology, Murdoch University
  • Bachelor of Arts (Sociology), Murdoch University
  • Diploma of Management, Australian Institute of Management
  • Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training
  • Human Factors in Health and Safety, Institute of Chemical Engineers

Tracey’s interest areas include:

  • Couples’ counselling, including the impact of FIFO rosters on relationships
  • Complex issues, family of origin and childhood trauma
  • Working with challenging people in toxic workplaces
  • Personal growth and leadership development
  • Trauma including PTSD
  • Stress and fatigue
