Clinical Psychologist 

Sharon Ridley

Sharon has a Masters in Clinical Psychology from the University of Western Australia and has worked in both private and government settings for a number of years. She is an AHPRA approved supervisor and enjoys supervising postgraduate psychology students. Sharon is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with extensive experience in the treatment of eating and body image disorders. She is comfortable working with adolescents, adults, and couples. Her areas of interest include:

  • Panic Disorder
  • Social Anxiety
  • Performance Anxiety
  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

  • Relationship difficulties, including couples therapy. 

Sharon is passionate about delivering evidence-based treatment in a warm, supportive and collaborative environment. She will help you gain insight and understanding of your problem and teach you practical skills to manage your thoughts, feelings and behaviours to achieve relief from your symptoms, improve quality of life and prevent relapse.

Sharon is interested in helping people to achieve their personal goals and enjoy a full and varied life with a sense of self-acceptance. She believes that people know themselves better than anyone and with a little help can learn the skills to not only feel more content but also continue to prosper long after therapy has ended.
